Updateremote Remodeling is a referral service. We help homeowners in Dayton and across the Dayton area who are planning a bathroom or kitchen remodel. We explain the steps, lay out the options, and connect you with an independent local provider.

Providers do the work. Updateremote Remodeling does not.

Why We Exist

A first remodel can feel confusing. The words are new. The steps seem to come in a strange order. Quotes look nothing alike.

So we built a simple starting point. First, the checklist. Then the options. Then a conversation with a provider who can answer your questions. The goal is simple: you walk into that talk knowing what to ask.

How Matching Works

1. You tell us what you want to change and where you live. 2. Next, we look at providers in our network who serve your area. 3. Then we connect you with one who fits the project.

You talk to the provider directly. You are never required to hire anyone.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Answer homeowner questions in plain language.
• Give written quotes that list the work.
• Be clear about permits, timing, and who handles what.
• Treat the home with respect.

Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and workmanship. Ask each one to show you what applies to your job.

What We Do Not Do

• Providers handle demolition, building, and installation. Updateremote Remodeling does not.
• We do not set prices. Each provider sets their own.
• We do not promise a start date or a result.
• We do not replace your own research. Please compare, read the quote, and ask questions.

Projects We Focus On

Our main focus is bathroom work. That includes tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, walk-in tubs, and custom bathroom renovations. We also connect homeowners with providers for residential kitchen remodeling. Larger projects are a closer match for the network. Very small jobs usually are not, since many providers prefer work with a wider scope. We do not handle mobile homes.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners are not billed by Updateremote Remodeling for a connection. Providers in the network may pay a referral fee. That is how the service keeps running. You should still compare quotes, because the price you pay is set between you and the provider.
