How to Raise a Complaint with Updateremote Remodeling

A bright, newly remodeled bathroom in a Dayton home

Last updated: October 2026

We want homeowners who contact Updateremote Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Updateremote Remodeling
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work, and customer service. If a remodeling project has a problem, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Updateremote Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.

Steps to File

Email contact@updateremote.garden and include:

1. Your name and the easiest way to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

First, we will email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply to our answer and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a problem with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
